Quaker Parrots – The Orators of the Avian Race
Also known as monk parrots or grey-breasted parrots, Quaker parrots are native to South America but have managed to make their home in some U.S. states and European countries, due to their hardiness and ability to endure temperate climates. They measure about 12 inches from head to tail and grow to about the same size as cockatiels.
