   To “goose” somebody is to pinch their bottom. It is usually (but not always) performed to a woman by a man and is seen as a sign of appreciation of the woman’s looks/sexiness in some countries (France, Italy etc) or as a physical assault, dpending on your point of view and your country of residence. Hope this helps.
